Very good product for the money.

I was overall very pleased with this. I did expect the USB cable to be like the one that came with my Sansa player, and it was not. I am having difficulty getting the computer to recognize that the player is connected using this cable, and cannot sync to my player. However, I honestly cannot blame this on the product, as there is a possibility that it is my player that is the problem. I just would have beem more satisfied if the USB 2-in-1 was what came with the original player. They do, however have extremely fast shipping, and everything else in the package was excellent!
