Use it to charge my asus eee pad transform TF101

I was looking for a battery pack to charge my asus TF101 transformer.
I choose this device and so far it has been doing the job just fine.
With this battery pack I can full charge my device in about 3 hours.
And then the batter pack has still some juice left to charge the TF101's battery another 40% (so in total 140%)
I gave four stars because the manual that comes with it is written in pigeon English. Also the customer support was friendly enough but no help at all. Clearly no technical knowledge about this product nor about laptops and tablets in general. When I asked them if I could use this to charge my pad (I gave them a link to it) they basically told me to go figure it out myself.

Since the transformer has unique charge requirements I could not find a battery pack that worked out of the box with my transformer so I combined the following items:
* 12V 2 amp USB car charger (nice !)

should be obvious how all parts must be connected.
Before soldering the power plug cable to the lighter socket make sure you first test that you have wired the cables such that the center of the socket is 'plus' and the edge is 'min' (easy enough to test with a multi-meter).

Also when charging you need to set the output to 19V BEFORE you connect your device. 12v or 16v for reasons unknown to me do not work.
